Cancellation Policy
We recognize that everyone's time is valuable, and our appointment time is very limited. We ask that the client provide a minimum of 24hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
If a client's fails to confirm their appointment via text confirmation or 3 phone calls 5 days prior to appointment, Golden Swan Studio reserves the right to cancel and keep the 50% deposit.
